Join A Top Elite Team In Beachbody: Legacy United

I can’t even put in to words what a WILD RIDE the past 20 months have been! INCREDIBLE is the first word that pops into my head. The stories that I can tell, the things that I have learned along the way and the FRIENDSHIPS that I have built are all mind-blowing. This business has literally changed every single aspect of  my life for the BETTER and I am going to share a few key points as to WHY I love this so much– and maybe our team will be the right fit for you too.

I am a stay at home momma with two little girls. I am a wife and I am just ME. I had no idea that in a matter of about a year and a half- I could and WOULD truly grow an organization with more than 500 coaches, 7 Diamond coaches, 1 Star Diamond coach and so many new and blossoming friendships I could burst! It’s true what they say– you attract like minded people and BABY– I sure have attracted some amazing teammates FOR SURE!

Now- this year– we are projected to grow even faster, even bigger and even BETTER– especially now that I am an Elite Coach and the TOP COACH in the state of Mississippi. I have created a stable foundation for my team and I have built brick by brick, layer by layer!

How did I do this?

I made a DECISION. I had a feeling in my belly that was like fire and I just had this thought– “WHY NOT ME?” Why couldnt I be successful like ‘the other people.?’ Why couldn’t I help to change one person’s life? Why couldn’t I make a living being a stay at home mom and still working a job that I loved? WHY NOT ME?

So- I started. That is it. I just committed to growth. I committed to doing 3 Vital Behaviors everyday that I BELIEVED would grow my business.

I set some small goals. I started with a goal to just help 1 person. That was it. So- that happened in my first week. That was EXCITING- so I celebrated. Then- I said- I’m going to help 2 more people in the next two weeks…  HOLY COW- It happened. I DID IT!  The next goal was a little different- I decided that I wanted to make enough money to just help with the groceries. That was our biggest expense- so any little bit helped. —> GUESS WHAT? I helped pay for almost half of our grocery bill that first month! It was AWESOME!

That gave me a little confidence. A little time to see the potential of the things that I was doing. A way for me to see how this was working.

So- I made sure to dig deep and work hard every month. I set my goals small and then– all of a sudden I made this big scary goal to end 2014 as an Elite Coach in the top 100 out of 230,000 coaches. I was so far off the charts at the time that my ‘number’ just said > 5,000!!! But darn it- I am determined and driven- I had a vision and I was going to create it.

I plugged away all year. I crushed some goals– and others I totally failed at. It is how LIFE WORKS! We don’t always get what we want or what we are pushing for at the time WE WANT THEM! We just have to focus and stay motivated to keep going.

So- I ended the year as an elite coach- as the #80 coach AND as the #1 {TOP COACH} in the state of Mississippi! HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!

My greatest joy is watching my team mates achieve success!! THAT is what it is all bout!!! So here is what I’m going to do! I am going to walk you through the process of what a coach does, how to sign up, what are your investment options, how do you make money, how do you share vs sell and more!  Listen to the recording of my business opportunity call below.

Tosca’s Clean Eating Tips and Portion Control!

I have based most of my clean eating around the amazing Tosca Reno.  I realized one day that I had to take control over what I was putting into not only my body, but serving to may growing family as well.  I realized quickly that I was NOT eating proper portions or proper types of food– even though I took pride in saying that I “ate healthy.” — NADA. That was false. Taco Bell drive thru twice a week, bread/rolls with every dinner, too many carbs and too little veggies– and don’t get me started on the sugar consumption each day!! BUT I was honestly blind to it… because “I was thin– it didn’t affect me.” BUT IT DID. My mood, my energy levels, my skin, basically everything about my body was just BLAH!!

BUT– Tosca couldn’t have said it better!  Are you struggling with eating clean and what to eat and when to eat it!  I promise you- eating 5-6 small meals a day is what your body needs. And it is not hard to do once you get into the routine! Check out this YouTube video on portion sizes to get your mind in the right place!!!

I absolutely love TOSCA and she is usually my GO TO book and I look up her youtube vids often!  I am so thankful that I picked up one of her books one day about a year and a half ago! It has changed my life and made me see that clean eating tastes AMAZING and I am not deprived at all!! I lost those last pesky 10 pounds that were sticking around because of the ‘plateau’ that I thought I would never overcome… It is all mental! That paired with drinking my Shakeology everyday and working out 6 days a week is exactly what I need and exactly what my clients do! It’s a lifestyle! And it works!

What is Beachbody Coaching? And is it right for you?

Have you ever considered for a moment what your life would be like if you were able to get paid to workout, get paid to promote health and be the example for so many people and really– get paid to just BE YOURSELF?

It’s all about what YOU want and how much you love helping others.

Well- that’s pretty much my job.

I have gotten so many questions- so many EYE ROLLS (bc let’s face it… so many people think that what I do is a pyramid scheme or not attainable for them). First of all- pyramid schemes are illegal and that is NOT what I do. I am providing a service to every person that joins my challenge group! I GET TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE HEALTH, FITNESS and EMOTIONAL GOALS! It’s amazing!!!! And secondly- EVERY SINGLE PERSON that wants to be successful can be. Point blank! It just takes a willingness to want to be better, do better and *gulp* CHANGE!

My lifestyle is all about growth. It is all about living outside of my comfort zone and doing new things everyday. YOU can do this too then this could be the opportunity of a life time!!

I started this business 19 months ago. I had 140 Facebook friends (most were family and friends from High School). I had two small kids and a husband who was hardly ever at home. I was depressed. I was miserable in my life. I was looking for a job as a substitute teacher while I worked on getting my teaching certification. I was lost. I was tired of feeling bloated and miserable. My thyroid issues were taking over my life. I was tired. I was literally a MESS!!!

Then, I got an invitation to hear more about this coaching opportunity. I had NO IDEA what this girl was talking about.. I knew about Beachbody- I had done the workout programs off and on for years.. but becoming a coach? What in the world.. (Again- the skeptic brain kicked in and that was not a REAL JOB.. was it?)

I got more and more info about it. I made excuses as to why it wouldnt work. Why I shouldn’t do it. But then….. one day. I DECIDED— i had nothing to lose. I had to do something to change.

SO I took a leap of faith. I discovered my WHY. That deep down, crazy scary reason of WHY I had to start changing… the reason was because I didn’t want to leave my kids at daycare. I didn’t want my house to go into foreclosure because we were struggling paying the bills. And– most of all– I didn’t want my kids to have to live a life of mom and dad never being home because we had to work so much just to make ends meet.

THAT WAS NOT GOING TO BE US.

I jumped and grew my wings on the way down. I had NO IDEA what I was doing. Google and YouTube became my best friends. I took one small step in the right direction everyday. I cried. I laughed. I surprised myself EVERDAY! I SUCKED as a coach at first!! (Sorry if you were one who got a REALY HORRIBLE invitation to a challenge group from me in my first few months… ick. I know you rolled your eyes and deleted it 😉 )… But I LEARNED from my mistakes. I failed forward. I FAIL FORWARD EVERYDAY. I celebrated every little thing. Ever milestone. Every little thing that most wouldnt find to be a big deal– I MADE IT A BIG DEAL!
No matter if my challenger lost .5 pounds or 100 pounds– i MADE (and obviously still) MAKE them a big deal!
Now- 19 months later– I have a team of over 500 coaches. I personally train my coaches. I mentor them 1:1 and I lead them
My faith is stronger. GOD is the reason why I am here. My family is stronger. THEY are my WHY. And my coaches/team—> FAMILY.. THEY make everyday BETTER!!!!

This is not just a job. THIS IS MY LIFE!!! I had a VISION 19 months ago- a vision to just make a difference. To change. To GROW! TO SUCCEED!!

Here I sit. The #1 coach in the state of Mississippi. The #80 coach out of 236,000 coaches in the network. A 5 star diamond ELITE coach (top 1% in the entire company) and I have the trust, respect and love of a team who is growing by leaps and bounds!!

THIS is my life and it could be yours!!!!

What is the 21 Day Fix Extreme and is it right for me?

It was almost a year ago that Team Beachbody launched the 21 Day Fix. I will tell you that I was FIRST HAND a skeptic at this program. I am NOT one to tell anyone who needs to lose weight that you can do it in 21 days. Nada. So I stuck to my guns and I didn’t really promote it… AT FIRST! As I watched all of the coaches around me have their challengers/clients getting results I really started wondering HOW this was working so much… So I caved and bought it- tried it- OH MY GOSH! It was amazing! I was eating so much food (the RIGHT foods at the RIGHT times) and getting incredible results!!! Now- I TRULY BELIEVE that with this program and doing things the RIGHT way you can absolutely lose 5-15 pounds in 3 weeks the HEALTHY way and YES it does stay off as long as you continue with your healthy lifestyle!

The workouts were 30 minutes- total body and you got these cute little color coded portion control containers with a guide that told you what foods to put in the containers. NO BRAINER!!   • The program is 21 days long!
  • You do 1 30 minute workout each day.
  • You do not need a lot of space to do this workout.  A 6 square foot area is all that you need.
  • What type of shoes do you need?  Cross Trainers or aerobic shoes are necessary.

The workouts include:  
Plyo Fix Extreme, Upper Fix Extreme, Lower Fix Extreme, 
Pilates Fix Extreme, Cardio Fix Extreme, Dirty 30 Fix Extreme  and

While the 21 day fix allowed for wine and chocolate the 21 Day fix extreme does
not.  It is 100% clean eating for these 21 days.  You do have the option to eat out at restaurants
but you still have to follow the nutritional guidelines laid out.  Just think about it this way!
You can do anything you put your mind to for 21 days.
I can say from previous experience with Insanity Max 30 that when I followed
the nutrition plan to the T I really got amazing results.  I feel like  I really do attribute a lot of
my progress to nutrition.  So make sure to take this part extremely serious.
