Fall Into Fitness- Skinny Jeans Edition

Do you know what?

I remember joining as a coach and signing up for my first challenge group both at the same time 3 years ago. I was completely blind to social media and what a challenge group was or even how it was really going to help me, but I decided I had no more excuses left and everything worth having in life takes work- so this was what I was going to do to change.


Not only was I personally making a commitment to working towards losing 15 pounds, but I needed a JOB. And coaching was going to give me what I needed to provide for my family while working ON MYSELF!

I was determined to par the course of my home workout program, I was going to drink Shakeology everyday and I was going to commit to figuring out this whole clean eating lifestyle. I was at the breaking point where I had to do something and I had to do it now!

We didn’t have the money for me to join a gym and with 2 small kids at home and I wasn’t about to pack them up, cart them to the gym on base (30 min away one way) for a class. I knew myself, I would stick with it for a week and then quit! So I figured this was a better bet!14448959_10100105645818859_3152743602065962418_n

I didn’t have a workout space designated, but I made room in our living room at first- pushing the coffee table aside and popping the DVD into the DVD player to workout!

Every morning I would try my best to get up and workout, but if it didn’t happen then- when I put Maddie down for a nap I went to the living room and pressed play!


It was ugly at first, I was out of shape, I cried, and I wanted to quit! I was filled with constant anxiety and worry over LIFE, a hubby who was deploying all the time and I needed this to become my sanity!!

So, the one thing I kept saying is this, “I wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same”. The spare tire around my waist was enough to make me want to KEEP GOING. And that feeling like a busted can of biscuits had to go away or I was going to go insane. I just wanted some CONFIDENCE!! Was that too much to ask ?!

So every day I pushed play, I had faith in the process! I knew that if I followed the workout calendar and the nutrition guide I would get results. It was tested and proven! For me going to the gym meant wandering around aimlessly doing random machines hoping what I was doing would produce results. Then I would come home and eat back all my burned off calories! I had no idea how nutrition played into my results.
So 90 days later, 10 lbs gone, faith in the process, a genuine love for challenge groups and coaching I became a believer! I was skeptical that a home fitness program would work but honestly when you make fitness, nutrition, and accountability the way that Beachbody does it, the only way you won’t succeed is if you don’t follow the plan!!!!!


I am a believer! The cool part is that I get to inspire, hope and change in others now too!

It’s time to believe that you are meant for CHANGE, HEALTH and A life FULL OF ENERGY!
Fall Back To Fitness. Fall Back To You. Fit into those skinny jeans!!!

Let’s Take on this Skinny Jeans Edition TOGETHER! Starting on October 17th for the next 5 weeks I am going to be helping you shed those unwanted inches and lbs by giving you 5 weeks of meal plans, recipes, daily motivation and tips to help you start and complete the program and get the results that you are looking for!
Each person is required to:

1. Do a Beachbody Fitness program which I will help you choose.

2. Replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group.

3. Make me their official coach HERE.

4. Complete the application below!

That’s it! We start on the 17th of October so let’s get you all set up!

We are going to get you healthy and fit from the inside out! There are always going to be a million reasons why you are too busy, don’t have time or don’t have the $$ but trust me there will never be a perfect time!

You just have to take that leap of faith and TRUST that I will be there with you every single step of the way!
